Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes, all therapy sessions are conducted through a secure, encrypted video conferencing platform. Being a fully online practice I am able to offer sessions to any client in the state of Georgia. In-person sessions are not currently available.
how does online therapy work?
Once we decide to work together, you’ll receive access to my secure client portal to complete the necessary paperwork. Before each session, I’ll send you an appointment link via text or email. Simply ensure you’re in a private, comfortable space where you can talk openly.
How long will i need to attend therapy?
The length of therapy depends on your personal goals. Some clients will desire a briefer therapy experience, while others prefer seek this working relationship for a longer period. We will work together to better understand your goals and needs and determine what works best.
what is the cost of therapy?
The fee for a 50-minute individual or couples session is $130.
Do you accept insurance?
For individual therapy sessions, I accept several major insurance plans, including Aetna, Meritain, UMR, and United Healthcare. Additionally, I accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) with Visa or Mastercard. If your insurance provider is out of network, I can provide the necessary documentation for potential reimbursement. Please note that I do not accept insurance for couples therapy sessions.
what is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee, unless otherwise agreed upon.
